All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
Delivery of products in our warehouse usually takes place on one working day after ordering, depending on the time the order was placed. If an order has been placed on an item that is not in our warehouse, we will send out an e-mail message with an approximate estimated delivery time after we in turn have received a confirmation from the distributor / manufacturer on delivery time. If we know that an item has a very different or long delivery time, it is stated next to each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder is unable to fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns must be sent with a traceable package, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you. The customer owns and is responsible for the package and its contents until it reaches us and we have been able to acknowledge it and determine that we have received the right goods back in the right condition.
14 days open purchase
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The article must be returned well packaged, the product must be in unopened original packaging and unused. If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item’s depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Do not return anything to us before you have contacted us at email@example.com and received an approval and instructions on the return, after you have received an approval from us, you will also receive an address where the item is to be sent. Open purchase returns must be sent with a traceable package, not against cash on delivery. The customer owns and is responsible for the package and its contents until it reaches us within 14 days and we have been able to acknowledge it and determine that we have received the right goods back in the right condition.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the article as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the article.
